KABC Travel Talk Show Host Chuck Caramelli Commends SelfTour Audio Adventure’s new Travel Apps.
SelfTour Audio Adventures GPS guided walking tour Apps is pleased to announce that the long-time travel Expert and former KABC talk radio’s The Travel Show Host Chuck Caramelli, has endorsed the SelfTour Apps. “Wow, what a walking tour!,” reports Chuck after experiencing one of SelfTour’s apps.

“When I first was told about the new SelfTour App walking guides I was suspect. I’ve spent many years as a travel expert and there have been many conversations about this type of walking tour, but none good. Then I received the information about the SelfTour GPS guided tours and I downloaded their Historic Philadelphia tour.
I was amazed at the quality of the tour. The multiple voices, the dramatic music, the selected route of the tour and most impressive is the amount of research that obviously went into the tour all combined to make it a wonderful listening experience. It very effectively utilizes the capabilities of GPS and the smartphone. And the price is certainly low enough that anyone can afford it.
I applaud SelfTour for its efforts and skills that went into this outstanding tour. Now I’m anxious to review the other Apps SelfTour has available.”
In addition to hosting his weekly 2-hour travel talk show, for KABC in Los Angeles, Caramelli developed the first remote broadcast live tour for the “Ken & Bob” morning show and a series of international remote broadcasts over the next nine years including “Vienna: Celebrating the country’s 997th Birthday,” Berlin’s “Off the Wall” and the “Singapore Fling” plus the “International Gathering of the Clan” in Scotland. Carmelli also owned Honeymoon Classics specializing in travel programs for newlyweds.
